Terrain - Combat Cars painting continues...

Quick hit this morning - Got a little more brush time in over the last couple days and laid down the main body colors and the gold trim on the combat cars from Wargame Exclusive - since I've picked these up it seems they've come out with another half dozen or so further variants. I must have them!

Rather happy with how they're coming along so far - Similar to the servohaulers I'm not going to go super overboard on detailing them as they're just intended to be scatter terrain. Some base metals, some bone-colored skulls and a smattering of weathering and they'll be good to go!

  1. Look great and love the choice of colours!

Is the purple one the one the Inquisitor drives for undercover work? ;0)

  5. I think you need an assortment of "boring" cars to go with these too! You know, some dusty flat black econo-boxes like the VW-bug, but less cute.

  6. So cool. Good idea using them as terrain too. Your table is going to look fab mate.

  7. @Riot: Thanks! Indeed - The black one belongs to Batman. Aquilaman?

@Greg Hess: Haha! Thanks very much, man!

@Brian Carlson: Cheers! They've been a hoot to work on so far!

@Da Masta Cheef: They're a little spendy for what is essentially terrain, but sometimes the shineys get me!

@Lasgunpacker: For sure! I have a couple more basic civilian vehicles that I'll pull out for the group shot at the end, but always have an eye out for more!

@Dai: Hah! I had grandiose plans to use them for a homebrew game that sadly never got off the ground. Would be a shame if they never hit the table in some form or another!

Thanks for the kind words, everyone!
